These cards usually do not require a strict KYC process and can be applied for at selected branches or online.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Steps:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to a bank that supports foreigners' cards (e.g. Vietcombank, TPBank, Sacombank, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Provide passport and visa, deposit cash to activate prepaid card.<\/li>\n<li>Tie to a payment app such as MoMo\/ZaloPay to scan the code for payment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>6. Replenishment of the e-wallet through third-party exchange services<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Some gold shops (<em>ti\u1ec7m v\u00e0ng<\/em>), currency exchange bureaux or online intermediaries offer the service of \"charging\" e-wallets, but with caution:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Higher handling fees<\/strong>(possibly 5%-10%).<\/li>\n<li><strong>There are risks<\/strong>It is advisable to choose a reputable merchant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>7. QR Ph\u1ed5 th\u00f4ng (NAPAS Universal QR Code)<\/strong>--Vietnam National Unified Code Scanning System<\/h3>\n<p>From 2021, Vietnam promotes the national NAPAS QR code standard (<strong>QR Ph\u1ed5 th\u00f4ng<\/strong>), which supports cross-bank\/e-wallet scanning payment. Foreigners can use it in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2705 <strong>Payment App with International Credit Card<\/strong>(e.g. MoMo) can scan the NAPAS QR code for payment.<\/li>\n<li>\u274c However, some merchants may only accept wallets tied to local bank cards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr>\n<h3><strong>8.
