PayU Helper - one-stop answer to all your queries

As you may already know, we're always working on new features and product updates to streamline your business processes.

Now we've launched PayU Helper - a help centre where you can "Chat with PayU Helper" and find answers to all your questions. It's an interactive and simple place where you can find answers, submit work orders and track the progress of your issues.

Here is our new PayU Assistant page:

To access the PayU Assistant, follow these simple steps:

Go to help.payu.in

Log in with your account to get a personalised answer, or click on "I don't have a PayU business account" for answers to general questions. If you do not find a satisfactory answer, please "Submit Work Order".

See how it works!

Once on the new PayU Assistant page, you will need to select whether or not you have a business account with PayU. We ask this in order to process your claim faster and provide a suitable solution.

Let's say you clicked on "I don't have a PayU business account". You will see a chat message in the same window from the "PayU Helper" asking for options on the problem you may be experiencing:

If you select one of our listed problems, PayU Little Helper will provide you with a step-by-step solution. At the same time, it will ask you, "Did we solve your problem?"

If the problem has been resolved, please click "Yes". If you click "No", PayU Helper will ask you if you want to "submit a work order" or resolve a new issue.

Submission of work orders

Once you click on "Submit Work Order", a new window will pop up on the screen asking you to provide more details about the problem.

You will need to fill in relevant information such as name, email address and contact number. Select the question category and make sure you choose the most accurate one. After that, you will need to select the "Question Subcategory".

Describe your problem in the window. You can also attach relevant documents or screenshots of your problem. Simply click on "Upload a file" and attach the document/form that describes your problem. This will help us understand your question better.

Click on the verification code and then click "Submit".

After submitting your issue, you will receive your work order ID in the chat window.

What's next?

Track your issues.

You can track the status of an issue by clicking on a link in a chat window, or a link received via text message or email.

After clicking on your "Track Issue" link, you will be taken to the following page:

Enter your contact number and click on "Check Status". For security reasons, you will be asked to enter a verification code sent to your mobile phone. Enter the code and click "Verify".

Next, you will be taken to the following page:

On this page, you can view the date the issue was submitted and the expected resolution date.

Note: The estimated resolution date is 3 business days.

You can view the status of all new and old work orders by clicking on "View History", which will help you keep track of all open and closed work orders and see what we are doing with them.

You can also provide more information about your question or upload a file by clicking "Add a comment".

If you have a PayU business account, simply click on "I have a PayU business account". Then click "Login" to get instant answers to your most important questions.

Once you've done this, you'll see a list of questions that we think you may have. Click on one of the questions to get an instant answer from PayU Helper, or simply "Submit Work Order". The process is the same as above.

Once the issue has been resolved, you will receive a notification from PayU requesting your feedback on the solution. Please make sure the feedback is honest!
