Introducing the SMS invoicing feature:- www.deekpay.com

We recently launched a convenient new feature for collecting payments - SMS Invoice.

As the name suggests, an SMS invoice is an invoice (actually a payment link) sent to the customer via SMS. As a merchant, you can specify the payment amount, the customer's mobile number, the customer's name, and a description and transaction ID for your reference. The customer will receive an SMS containing the above information and a payment link, which can be clicked to complete the payment.

In a nutshell, SMS invoices are similar to email invoices, except that they are sent using SMS instead of email. This article will guide you through how to get started with SMS invoices.

1. Where can you find the SMS invoice function?

The SMS Invoice feature is located under PayU Tools in the Merchant Console. You can see it in the screenshot below.

3. What kind of text messages will customers receive?

When sending an SMS invoice, the customer will receive an SMS with the following template:

Dear Customer Name, you have a payment request for $123 from the merchant name with the description "Description". Please contact us at http://pmny.in/payLink进行支付. If you have any questions, please contact 请联系[email protected].

The customer name, amount and description here will be determined based on the information provided when sending the SMS invoice.

4. How can I check the status of sent SMS invoices and payments completed by my customers?

All payments sent via SMS invoices can be viewed in the console under the "All Transactions" tab.

In addition, all SMS invoice payments can be exported to spreadsheet (Excel file) format using the "Export to Excel" button on the SMS invoice page.
