We have recently added some new features to our existing invoicing system, which are detailed below:

You can now use the "Copy Link" feature to broadcast a bill via a link. This means you can use one link to collect payments from multiple customers, removing the need to create separate links for each customer! You can also share the link with social media posts or marketing campaigns, as well as giving customers the option to complete their purchase by paying through the link.

Custom links

You can now send custom links using one or more of the following parameters:

Invoice Number and Customer Name - For merchants with their own billing system, the identifier corresponding to the bill can be passed for reconciliation purposes;

Tax and Shipping - For merchants whose products and services include tax and shipping terms, the total can be split and displayed.

Steps to create an email/SMS invoice:

Log in to your PayUmoney dashboard and go to "Payment Links".

Click on "Send Payment Link" and fill in the email/number, amount, description, expiry date and time.

Click the "Send" button.

How do I enable new features?

We will be rolling out the upgrade in a phased approach in the first week of June. You will need to register on PayUmoney and access the dashboard to accept payments using the invoice system.
