For Customers who visit for the first time on your website and already have a User Account with PayUmoney:

The customer fills in the shopping cart and billing information on your page and clicks the "Pay" button.

They will be redirected to the PayUmoney payment gateway page and will see the saved card and wallet balances associated with the entered mobile number and email address

For returning customers:

The customer fills in the shopping cart and billing information on your page and clicks the "Pay" button.

They will be redirected to the PayUmoney gateway page and will see the card and wallet balances associated with the entered mobile number and email address

For customers who do not have a PayUmoney account or who have entered a new email and mobile phone number:

The customer fills in the shopping cart and billing information on your page and clicks the "Pay" button.

They can choose to create a new account on PayUmoney or do a guest checkout

Why should you integrate Nitro?

Our internal data shows that as the number of steps increases, so does user churn. Additionally, your customers need to remember many things such as anniversaries, spouses' birthdays, tax filing deadlines, and more. They are likely to forget the login information requested on the checkout page, so the probability of churning at this point in the process is very high.

Using the Nitro process, customers simply enter their mobile phone number and email address. Their saved card and wallet balances are automatically displayed on the PayUmoney payment page, and they simply enter CVV and OTP in the case of cards and OTP in the case of wallets. This makes it much less difficult for them to complete the purchase.
