The EBS Payment Gateway is available in two different pricing packages: Starter and Premium. Premium packages are customised plans for specific businesses and are priced accordingly. If a merchant has a high volume of transactions, a customised plan is suitable. However, there is a fee for the settings in the premium plan.
For most businesses, the preferred option is the Starter Package and can be set up for free. Here are the details of the Starter Package pricing:

EBS offers merchants and customers over 100 payment options, including:
Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and RuPay) Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB) International cards (Visa, MasterCard) Internet banking (over 50 banks in India) Multi-currency acceptance and settlement Cash Card Digital wallets (Oxigen, Mobikwik, etc.) PayPalThere are also more than 8 options for bank EMI payments. However, please check if the merchant's plan requires extra charges for additional payment options.
EBS Payment Gateway International Payments
Merchants using EBS can accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, JCB and Diners cards worldwide. EBS also allows 11 major currencies to be automatically selected and paid in the customer's home currency, while merchants settle in Indian rupees.
EBS uses Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) for this purpose, but DCC usually has a large markup over the actual exchange rate. With this markup difference, the merchant's customers end up paying more for the purchase. That's why Wise Business ensures that merchants are always provided with the true exchange rate, which is the rate they see on Google. As a result, merchants can pass the savings on to their customers.
EBS payment gateway settlement
EBS requires merchants to manually capture each transaction on the dashboard. Therefore, merchants need to log in and capture their payment information and then click Authorise Payment by Payment ID.
Upon completion, the merchant's funds will be credited according to the billing cycle of the subscribed plan. Capture must also take place within 12 calendar days of payment or it will be cancelled in the system. Overall, EBS is a more manual and time-consuming process than other payment gateways.
EBS Payment Gateway Customer Service
Merchants can contact EBS customer service by phone and can submit questionnaires on the site. There is also a knowledge base on the EBS site that can help answer questions merchants may have. However, customer service hours are not listed on the site.
