We always endeavour to simplify things for you and make operations easier. This time, we have launched the Payroll Account Management Panel. Let us tell you more about it below. We are happy to see that many of our customers who are using our Paytm Payments Bank Savings Accounts are in the process of converting their existing savings accounts into payroll accounts. To expedite this process, we have appointed BC agents who will be responsible for receiving conversion requests from employees and forwarding them to your company's HR team. This dashboard is accessible to specific people in your company's HR team who will be able to approve or reject these conversion requests. Additionally, the designated person will be able to track the details of employees who have Paytm Payments Bank payroll accounts and close the payroll account after the employee leaves the organisation. Pending approval requests and employee profiles can also be downloaded from the panel in a few simple steps.
