How do I order a VISA debit card? Please follow these simple steps:

If you have a savings account with Paytm Payments Bank: a virtual VISA or RuPay debit card is pre-allocated to each savings account. If you already have a virtual VISA debit card, click here to order your physical VISA debit card and we will courier it to your door (your KYC address).

If you are using a RuPay card: if you are already using our RuPay card and wish to switch to a VISA debit card, all you need to do is upgrade to a virtual VISA debit card by clicking here. Once the new card is assigned to you, you can order the physical debit card and it will be couriered to your KYC address within a few days.

If you don't have a savings account with Paytm Payments Bank: you need to first open a savings account by clicking here, or go to the 'Bank' section on the Paytm App homepage. You can then use either of the two ways mentioned above to get this brilliant card.

Existing RuPay Physical Debit Cardholders -- You will need to permanently lose your RuPay Physical Debit Card in order to obtain a physical VISA Debit Card. After you lose your existing RuPay card, you will be issued a new digital card. You can refer to steps 1 and 2 above to order your new physical VISA card.

If you don't have the Paytm App: first you need to download the App from here and then follow the process mentioned in step three.

How do I activate my physical VISA debit card?

Once your VISA debit card arrives, you can activate it by scanning the QR code on the back of the card and activating it through the Paytm App. Here are the steps to do so:

Open your Paytm App and click on 'Scan any QR Code'

Now, scan the QR code on the back of your VISA debit card.

You will be prompted to enter your bank PIN.

After entering your PIN, you will be asked to verify your debit card information.

Upon confirmation, you will be prompted to set your ATM PIN.

Enter the same PIN again to confirm.

Your debit card will be activated.

Open your Paytm App

Click on the 'Bank' icon on the homepage

Click on the image of your virtual VISA debit card

Go to 'Manage Cards' section

Click on 'Card Transaction Settings'

Click the toggle button to enable individual transaction settings and 'save changes'
