From 1 March 2023, international parcels and express mail will be billed on the basis of the greater of volumetric weight and actual weight. Fees will be charged at the current rate.
Volumetric weight (kg) = (L x W x H in cm) / 6000
1. The insurance limit for parcels sent to different countries (regions) varies. For details, please consult your local post office or refer to the international parcel rate table.
2. The estimated time of delivery of international parcels does not include the number of days required for customs inspection.
3. Insurance limits: parcels sent to Australia will be numbered and receipted if insured. If not insured, they will not be numbered and no receipt will be provided.
4. If an international parcel is undeliverable and is returned by the postal service of the destination country, the sender must pay the relevant return charges before the returned item can be retrieved.

1. The maximum insurance limit for international express mail is $50,000 per piece.
2. The following countries do not accept additional insurance services: Paraguay, Uruguay, Colombia, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nigeria and countries in a state of war.
3. If the international express mail is undeliverable and returned by the postal service of the destination country, and the postal service of the destination country requires payment of the return fee (e.g. Germany, Belgium, Jordan, Ukraine, New Zealand, Cambodia, Australia, Thailand, Malaysia, Italy, Portugal, Russia), the sender must pay the relevant return fee to pick up the returned items.
