After the update, you will be logged out of your PayU account. In order to log back in, please follow the step-by-step process below to reset your password.

**How do I reset my PayU password? **

Below is a step-by-step guide to resetting your password if you remember and have access to the mobile phone number you used to register your PayU account.

1. Visit the PayU website and click on "Login".

2. Enter the email ID you used to create your PayU account and click "Next".

3. You will receive a notification that your password has expired. Please click "Continue".

4. Our system will match the email ID you entered in Step 2 with the mobile phone number you entered when you registered your account. Please correctly enter the 6-digit verification code (OTP) sent to the mobile phone number and click "Verify".

5. After verifying your mobile phone number, please set a new password for your PayU account.

Attention! When creating a password please make sure that all conditions are met: 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 number, 1 lowercase letter, 1 special character.

6. Congratulations! Your new password has been updated.

**For existing users who do not have access to registered mobile phone numbers**

Below is a step-by-step guide to resetting your password in the event that you have forgotten or do not have access to the mobile phone number you used to register your PayU account. *Follow these steps even if you want to associate your PayU account with a different mobile phone number*.

1. Visit the PayU website and click on "Login".

2. Enter the email ID you used to create your PayU account and click "Next".

3. You will receive a notification that your password has expired. Please click "Continue".

4. Our system will match the email ID you entered in Step 2 with the mobile phone number you entered when you registered your account. If you want to use a different mobile phone number to manage your PayU service, please click the "Use different mobile phone number" option under your existing mobile phone number below.

5. After clicking "Use a different mobile phone number", please enter your new mobile phone number.

6. Please correctly enter the 6-digit verification code (OTP) that will be sent to your new mobile phone number and click "Verify".

7. In order to update your mobile phone number, we will also send a 6-digit verification code to the email ID you registered in Step 2. Please enter the OTP you received in your email address correctly and click "Verify".

8. After entering the OTP received by your mailbox, please set a new password and click "Next".
