If you have forgotten your Paytm password and wish to reset it, follow the steps below:
How to reset your Paytm password:
Step 1: You can call 0120-4888-488 or 0120-4456-456 from the mobile number on which you have registered for Paytm.
Step 2: Select your language.
Step 3: Press 1. The phone will be disconnected and you will receive a link to reset your password on your registered mobile number and the email address associated with this Paytm account.
Step 4: Click on the Reset Password link, enter your new password and confirm. Please note that the reset password link is valid for 10 minutes in case your Paytm account is misused. Hence, please reset your password as soon as you receive the link.
Your password should contain the following elements:
- Minimum 5 characters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 letter
Please check your mailbox and spam folder for a link to reset your password. If the link has expired, we recommend that you follow the steps above again to get a new password reset link.

- Do not share your card number, CVV, PIN, OTP or password with anyone, even if the caller claims to be an employee of Paytm. Using this information, anyone can potentially withdraw all the funds from your Paytm account.
