**Payment using Paytm app or website**

**Payment using Paytm app:**

1. Download the Paytm app on your mobile device.

2. Open the app and go to the "Top-up and Bill Pay" section.

3. Click on "Electricity".

4. Enter "Uttar Pradesh" in the search field and select "UPPCL".

5. Confirm whether your area is urban or rural.

6. Enter your account number, which can be found on your electricity bill. If you are not sure where to look, you can refer to a sample bill.

7. Click "Continue" to view the bill amount.

8. Choose your preferred payment method: Paytm wallet, debit/credit card, net banking or UPI.
