But what is a digital rider?

A rider is an addition to an existing main document. A digital rider is a temporary item, usually prepared and executed online after the main agreement, that contains additional terms or information. With a digital rider to an agreement/contract, we will modify your existing agreement to include the terms and conditions or pricing required to enable new PayU features, and you can "accept" these changes online.

Gone are the days when you had to print the rider (paper copy), sign it, scan it and email it to us. Now, all you have to do is click "I Accept" (Additional Terms) to enable the new PayU feature for you.

Riders signed online are just as effective and secure as traditional pen-and-paper documents, and are widely used by many companies today.

If you need to update your PayU features, please contact us or your Key Account Manager (KAM). The corresponding additional terms will be uploaded to your PayUmoney dashboard. Simply "accept" it to enable PayU functionality!
