If you have forgotten your Paytm password and want to reset it, follow these steps:
How to reset your Paytm password:
Step 1: You can call 0120-4888-488 or 0120-4456-456 from the mobile number on which you have registered for Paytm.
Step 2: Select your language.
Step 3: Press 1. The phone will be disconnected and you will then receive a password reset link on your registered mobile number and the email address associated with your Paytm account.
Step 4: Click on the password reset link, enter your new password and confirm.
Please note that the password reset link is valid for 10 minutes, this is to prevent misuse of your Paytm account. Hence, please reset your password as soon as you receive the link.
Your password should contain the following elements:
- Minimum 5 characters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 letter
Please check your mailbox and spam folder for a password reset link. If the link has expired, we recommend that you follow the steps above again to get a new password reset link.
